There is no contact form here on purpose. Forms swallow messages and give you nothing to look back at. Email us instead and you keep a copy of what you sent.
One address for everything: support, bug reports, feature requests, billing questions and press. It reaches a person, not a queue.
Send an emailResponse times
We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or a bank holiday are answered on the next working day.
If something is broken and it is stopping you sending an estimate, say so in the subject line and we will get to it first.
Things worth including
- The email address on your account, if you have one.
- What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected instead.
- For a data request, just say what you want. No particular form of words is needed.
Your data, your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection requests all go to the same address. What we hold and how long we hold it is set out in the privacy policy.
